This site shows the top 1000 or so Irish blogs by the number of hits they get as well as other such criteria … we are humble and proud to take our place at #245 … check it out … are you there ?
My old blog is at No 426, but my current one doesn’t feature. Also, the big daddy of Irish political blogs, Slugger O’Toole is only at No 970, so I don’t know what data they are using to rank them.

I’m at 280! I’d never have imagined it. Maybe now’s the time to thank God, my agent, all the fans? Or maybe I’m letting it all go to my head!
My wife’s defunct blog gets no 298 even though it has been gone for 4 or 5 months. Mine doesn’t appear on the list at all even though it has been going as long and has about as many readers.
Other blogs that don’t exist any more but are on the list include Planet Potato (652), Thinking Out Loud (998), Penguins Rock (555), Loopdiloop (665).
I don’t know how the list was put together but I wouldn’t belive it.
